Congratulations to our recent graduate, Christina. “My life before Hearten House was not good. I had pushed my family and my kids away.

The two areas I can see God working in my life include my sobriety, and me knowing my worth and self respect. Before turning my life over to God I was an everyday drug user and in drugs was where I though I had my worth, but I was wrong and that was only temporary, with God it is forever.

Before Hearten House, my life was rough, it wasn’t great. I had a hard life. I have two boys I love to death. I have been in and out of jail since 2021. When I went through the Hearten House I met God again.

Hearten House has shown me that my purpose and meaning for life is in Christ. My life was insane before recovery, but now I have a healthier lifestyle.

The Hearten House has restored my faith in Jesus. Before coming here, I was truly broken, barely seeing my kids and couldn’t keep a job.

Before I came to the Hearten House I was depressed and selfish. I had no self respect. I was very deep into a meth addiction.

I have found security, love, and support at the Hearten House. I know that I am a child of God and have a teachable spirit.

I have found God since I have been at the Hearten House and through Him, I have been able to push forward and remain sober.

The Hearten House helped me to have a relationship with God resulting in forgiving myself and getting my life together. 

The Hearten House has taught me how to be a mom, daughter, and just an overall good person again.
